                    BE SURE TO ATTEND THE APRIL HOMEOWNER'S MEETING:  Toby Nixon, current Fire Commissioner for District 41 and former House Representative for the 45th District, will be attending our April homeowner's meeting with an extremely informative presentation on how the annexation is expected to impact our community.

     We're proud to announce we have a full Board of volunteers, and all positions are in compliance with titles and descriptions as listed in our CCRs!  Welcome Debbie Kaiser (Block Watch) and Jennifer Santiago (Architectural Control)!

Upland Green Tennis Courts are for seasonal recreation use only.  During the fall and winter, they are used as a retaining pond and are not available for use.  Thank you for your understanding.

The speed limit within Upland Green is 25 miles per hour!  For the safety of one another, our pets, and our children, please slow down! 

Fridays are our scheduled pick up day for Waste Management.  Waste and recycle containers that can been seen from the street is a violation of our CCRs. 

Pet reminder:  We have had complaints about loose dogs and owners who do not pick up after their pets.  Please be a good neighbor and monitor your pets.

Over flow lot guidelines:

All vehicles must have the owners name visible in case of emergency

  • Your assigned space must be kept clean
  • Only cars, trucks, trailers, boats and campers are allowed
  • All vehicles must be in working order and currently licensed.
  • If you are no longer using your stall return the key in so others can use space.
  • NO JUNK, OIL, BATTERIES etc should be dumped in the lot.
  • Upland Green is not responsible for damages; PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK.
