Meeting Purpose:
Review and discussion of the proposed 2027 Operating Budget, including anticipated operating expenses, reserve funding requirements, projected income, and other financial planning considerations for the upcoming fiscal year.
Homeowners are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings. A homeowner comment period will be provided at both the beginning and the conclusion of the meeting to allow non-board members an opportunity to ask questions, raise concerns, or offer comments.
To ensure the Board can efficiently conduct Association business and complete its budget review, the discussion and deliberation of budget matters will be reserved for members of the Board of Directors. Non-board members are invited to observe the meeting but will not participate in the Board’s discussion or decision-making process.
