Landscaping
Shall answer or address landscaping questions or concerns raised by homeowners. The Director shall establish committees to assist with upcoming design, planning and revisions to any common area landscaping. The Director shall solicit bids for services relating to the maintenance and upkeep of the community properties. The Director shall serve as liaison between the Homeowners Association and the landscape maintenance contractor chosen to service the neighborhood, monitor the effectiveness of the contractor, initiate and conduct meetings and walkthroughs as deemed necessary with the contractor’s representative. Finally, the director shall serve in place of the President, should the need arise.
Treasurer
Shall have charge of all funds of the corporation, place in such bank or banks as may be approved by the Board, and draw checks for any bills contracted by the corporation, as authorized by the President or Board of Directors. The Treasurer shall keep an accurate record of all transactions and render a detailed report at regular meetings of the board of directors, delivering an annual report to the association at its annual meeting. The Treasurer is responsible for organizing an Ad Hoc Budget Committee in May each year to ensure that the budget will properly forecast financial needs of the community for the coming year(s).
