In the event a homeowner does not pay their dues on time, the following is our association late payment policy:

Account 30 days past due: $10.00 late fee, plus interest.
Account 60 days past due: An additional $10.00 late fee, plus interest.
Account 120 days past due: $10.00 late fee, plus interest. Account turned over to a collection agency for legal action. A lien is filed on the property and a $100 fee is assessed. This will show on your credit report.REMINDER:

Are you selling your home or refinancing? You need to advise your closing agent about the homeowner’s association dues to prevent delays at closing. Give them a copy of this sheet.   We are not a condo association; we are a Planned Unit Development (PUD).
